Description: This dessert is excellant to have when you don't want anything heavy after a meal but need a sweets fix. For weight watchers, you can use light cream cheese, light cool whip, sugar free instant pudding and low fat milk..it still tastes good!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 sticks of butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
9 oz. cool whip
2 small pkgs. instant pudding (any kind)
3 c. cold milk
Directions:
In small bowl, melt butter or margarine, add flour & nuts. Pat in 13" x 9" pan. Bake 350 degrees, 20-30 min. or until light brown. Cool.
In medium bowl, cream 8 oz. cream cheese, powdered sugar & 1 cup only of cool whip. Spread over cooled crust.
In medium bowl, mix instant pudding with milk~~beat 1 1/2-2 min.; spread on top.
Spread remaining cool whip on top. Put sprinkles on top, if desired.
Refrigerate for 1 1/2 hrs.
Note: I made this for my 95 yr. old aunt....she said she has had sex every which way but never had sex in the pan! (She had 10 kids!). Gg
