Ingredients:
2 cod filets 8-10 strips of bacon 4 sprigs fresh rosemary olive oil 1 lemon Salt and pepper
Directions:
Turn oven to its highest heat.
Finely chop the leaves from 2 sprigs of rosemary.
Drizzle the rosemary with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Roll the cod in the chopped rosemary mix to coat it.
Wrap the bacon around the filets.
Put the cod on an oiled baking tray.
Put a sprig of rosemary on each filet and drizzle with a little more olive oil.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Serve with the lemon for squeezing.
